RPG html coding help?

Does anyone know how to do this? Can anyone teach me?
I'm trying to build an rpg... except that I have zero html knowledge >.<

This is seriously THE thing I want for Christmas lol...
Someone make my year?
 
To make an RPG game you will need to know Java, which takes a long time to learn.
 
HTML rpg's are probably not what you are thinking of.

If you want it web based, you'll probably want to learn Flash, Shockwave, Java or if its text-based... PHP.
