I bought and paid for roxio media creator 10 and installed it. It all worked perfect 3 minths ago. I got a copy of nero and just liked it better. I uninstalled roxio. Now after having many problems with nero like my computer shutting down in the process of burning a moviei uninstalled nero and reinstalled my roxio, but every thing seems to go all fine until i reboot like i am supposed to and then a big thing comes up and say certificate is missing or corrupt. I looked in the files and sure enough there is a certificate missing in the folder that says certificate8 its called emc something another after googleing it I discivored that it is missing how ever, roxio is only open till 6 pm est and it is 1051 est here. any one help or no? I have googled it and yes again many many people with this problem,but as usual they offer no answer as to how they fixed it lol. thank you all for your help. I also have another question posted on here for nero i want to try to get one working again as i miss watching movies on my big screen. Call it illegal, call it not worth it, or what ever you want, but i call it I NEED HELP. lol
