ROUTE NOT FOUND NOKIA E71?

i have a Nokia E71 and recently i have updated my version of maps, but everytime i try to navigate. i get an error saying ROUTE NOT FOUND in the offline mode. in online mode it works fine but i am getting charged for it. how can i make it work in offline mode? my cousin has a Nokia E72 and his works fine in offline mode. PLZZZZ HELPPPPPPPPPP!!!!!!
