Roughly how many MB does an internet / Facebook page use on a mobile phone?

I'm looking at getting a new mobile phone and not sure whether to pay extra and get a package that has unlimited internet or whether to pay by the internet I use. Apparently Vodafone's costing is £1 a day if you exceed 0.5MB (and dont go over 15MB) but if you stay under the 0.5mb a day you pay by the page (they say 5 pages = 25p). But I dont know how many pages 0.5 mb equals. I mainly check my facebook on my lunch hour at work, so only want to view about 2-5 facebook pages a day. Any help would be much appreciated!!
