I'm trying to get a bit healthier so if started going on a daily bike ride I'm starting off easy (altho it's hard for me! Lol) today I rode 3.22 miles on my bike it took 20mins. I know no one can say exactly how many calories but roughly please.. Thanks - oh also I usually have my 2 year old son on my bike who weighs approx 2stone
