I had rough sex a couple of nights ago and the next morning I started to bleed. My period is normally very light but after the sex it was very heavy (first day light, 2nd and 3rd day heavy) and I had bad cramps the first 2 days which I never have.
I read somewhere that having an orgasm can make you get your period earlier because of rush of blood or something - is that true, did that trigger me to get my period sooner? Also, I naturally have a low cervix and he is big, so he repeatedly hits my cervix with force...is this bad at all for my cervix? (It doesn't hurt much, it feels more good than bad) - Could this have caused the bleeding?
Last I got my period was 16 days ago and before that it was 32 days and before that it was 15 days (has rough sex then too) but before that it was the normal 28 days.
So is it my period or vaginal bleeding due to rough sex? If it is tearing, then is there anything I can do to help it heal quicker?
