rough idle on my 2001 ford Taurus?

super rough idle when at stop lights or in idle in general. i have replaced spark plugs, spark plug wires, air filter, fluids are fine. i have unplugged the battery and let it reset. could it be my coil pack? it runs fine when im on the freeway, it just want to quit when im at a stop
