Pain in shoulder and arm in 2005. Had MRI and was told full tear roto cuff. No insurance so no surgery. Finally have insurance. Asked about it. Have pain still in shoulder, arm and now down arm, in front collar bone, neck feels tight and have to sleep also have had a nerve or tendon sticking out under arm for last three or four years. Just had new MRI and technician say no roto cuff just tendonitis and impingement syndrome. How could a full tear heal itself so well and still have all these problems
