a while ago i was using my Windows Vista laptop and i was putting vacation pictures on it. i was rotating some of them and it said something about the image being distorted if i did and if i "click here" it will disable this ability. well i didn't want to disable that ability but one of the times it popped up i accidentaly clicked ok. ever since i haven't been able to rotate pics and i can't put it back to the regular settings.
i have tried everything i can think of! going through all the settings and stuff. i even made sure the "read only" thing wasn't checked. i have no idea what to do!
so, does anyone know how to undo this? thank you so much!
