Rose-Hulman Financial Aid?

Just yesterday I was accepted to Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology. I am very excited and I am dying to go to this school. I know nothing about how college is normally paid for and how things work. For those people that know what Rose is, you might know that the cost is very high and calculated around $52,000. I am hoping to win all the scholarships that I apply for and get as much financial aid as possible but what happens if I can't get very much? Is there a limit on the amount of money I can borrow? If it helps, I am a dependent, my parents have good credit and would be willing to co-sign any loan and our total family income is in the $90000-$100000 range.

I also have a related question. On collegeboard.com there are many statistics about all different kinds of schools. One of the statistics says that the average debt after graduation from Rose is around $30000. How can this be? How can people get that much paid for. I do know also that the average need-based scholarship is around $26000. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
