Hello people,
I have got my new atrix in Singapore and the gingerbread update is not available for singapore yet. However, I would like to update through root means. But basically I do not know anything about rooting android phones. My android version is 2.2.2. Since no updates are available in OTA, if i root my phone can i update it? Or rooting doesnt do any update?. Bascially what does root does? Is there a way that I can update my atrix to gingerbread as it is a beast with dual core processor but running on outdated android. Please help me...
