Obama's mother was only 17 when she got pregnant by the already-married Kenyan, Obama Sr. (who had a wife in Kenya). Hence, she was underage and in a polygamous marriage.

I don't think Obama would have the gall to judge in this case, despite his legendary hypocrisy.

Does 0bama think 42 days is too harsh for liberal judges even for 1978?
Do you allow your young daughters to be alone with a rich grown male at Jack Nicholson's house (Jack was gone) even if you're getting paid?
 
I think it's more than a little sick that you're using a case as revolting as this (the man should be shot, not jailed), to get a reaction out of people.
