hello, tonight I was driving in the desert with three of my friends. I was the driver of the 1994 Montero. It was the XLS module or something. I was in four wheel drive. The girl said hey can i drive and reluctintly I said yes. It was a straight dirt road, she was at about 70 and when there was an upcoming turn she didnt slow down, tried to turn, we drifted, hit the bank of durt and rolled, the car was upside down. None of the glass broke, I helped everyone out of the car and some nice guys helped us flip it over. This probly helped when the sherif showed up.
Here is where the connendrum arrises. I have my full liscense, the girl I let drive only had her learners permit. As it stands right now, I said I was the one driving, and am cited with careless driving. What schould I do about this because she was the one driving. Help me!!! Thanks.
