Anyone try either of these for SI issues or low back pain?

I've done cold laser. Twice a week didn't help. Daily for a week and a half did - I think. I haven't done it for a week and I think I can tell that it was working while I was at it.

Going to get rolfed on Monday. Supposed to release muscles and connective tissues that are too tight or out of balance. We'll see....

FYI - this is helping! After 18 mos of trying PT and other docs and injections and meRAB for my sacroiliac joint issues, rolfing, cold laser, and glucosamine are helping. :)

I know what you mean about the SI joint issues. I don't think my body could stand to be rolfed...seriously...BUT, I am pleased for you...that this is working.. I have very little faith left in the medical profession...am signing up for the SI joint surgery..BUT...still have lots of investigations going on...
As my daughter pointed out...I have been through just about every treatment in the last 5 yrs...injected...massaged...medicated...but the SI joint still HURTS... When making my decision...my daughter said look at what life was like last year...2 yrs ago...and look at now...and imagine what next year and 2 years from now will be like... Yeah...hard decision. I hope that this treatment continues to work for you...
