I am a grandfather lite high speed internet customer of rogers. My original internet plan was rogers lite but I got 60gb usage but i found out today that they reduced it from 60 to 25 like all the other lite customers. But when i first joined before the lite came with 25, I was offered 60. I am just wondering can they do this. Can they change my plan to something that I am not in agreement with? How can they just switch me from 60 to 25 and expect me to live with it? I really need help and am wondering if I complain will they change me back to my original plan that I was given?
Rogers usage dropped from 60 to 25! HELP!?
