You need to speak with your internet provider again. They don't turn internet off just because you have a virus on your computer. Also, are you using a free program? Those don't work well because they don't catch everything. I had a problem where weird virus things pop up on my screen just from clicking on my own photos on myspace. And its because I use a free virus protection. When I spoke to my friend about it, she told me that those don't catch everything even though I scanned my entire computer and nothing was found. You have to go to the store to buy your internet protection so that you will be fully protected. But you need to speak with your internet company. Like I said, speak with your interent provider again, and demand more information about the problem. It sounds kind of fishy to me, you know? Or you can always switch to a different internet provider. Go to store and buy your internet protection. If you already have a full working internet protection, then there really must be nothing on your computer. I guess McAfee is the best one. But it slows my computer down a lot. I don't know why. Or just buy the cheapest one available that gives full virus protection for your computer. I think they all work about the same as long as you are fully protected. Again, no free virus protection lol.
