Okay I am not really sure how to make this make sense but hopefully you'll understand. I have 500 text messages a month and I was wondering when Rogers starts billing me for those text messages. Is it at the beginning of the month or does it start after I get a bill? I just don't want to think it's at the beginning of the month and go over when really it starts after I get my bill.
