Rogers mobile stick malfuntion?

i live in the country and the only internet we got is a rogers stick that i plug in the computer but for the past week its been doubling are MB usage example i was playing codmw2 online for a 2 hour period it uses 30 or so MB now for 30 mins of using it it uses MB can someone help me with this my limit is 1 GB so someone help before it goes over 10 points best answer
