Hi, I'm currently on a Rogers plan - no type of long distance add-on or anything of that sort on it. But I live in Canada, and I want to talk to someone who lives in another part of Canada... Do long distance charges apply to incoming calls with Rogers? I'm assuming that outgoing calls are being charged long distance when you don't have a long distance add-on to your plan... but what about incoming calls? Thanks in advance!
