I signed up for rogers at my new house. They sent me my first bill with my name misspelled. I had it corrected and went on with life. Now I am regularly receiving mail addressed to this misspelled name, leading me to the only conclusion that Rogers MUST have given out my address and "name".
What legal resolve do I have against this obvious illegal act of negligence?
