Rogers is changing the US roaming rate from 1.35/min to 1.45/min on Jan 10. Can I cancel my wireless contract?

On the bottom of my Rogers wireless bill it states that their rate will change for roaming in locations all over the world on January 10th 2012. I called customer service and found out the US roaming rate was changing from $1.35/min to $1.45/minute. Of course it would have to be within 30 days of January 10th, but can I cancel my contract because of this?
