I have an iphone via Rogers, but when I went to Buffalo, NY I received no service. I know that I'm not supposed to use my phone while out of the country so as not to incur roaming charges, but shouldn't I still be able to receive service?
Has anyone else had this problem with their iphone from Rogers while in the States?
The reason I'm asking is because I just purchased the U.S. voice/text roaming travel packs for my upcoming trip to the States. I will have a set amount if minutes and texts to use, but am worried that my iphone won't even detect any service while I'm there, like it's done in the past!
What gives?
