Rogers has a SPAM warning message on the BlackBerry tech support

Called Rogers tonight to see what they are doing about the SPAM issue going around for BlackBerry users and they had a status update as of Thursday afternoon saying that they knew of the issue and they were working on a resolution. But no ETA will be available.

Also if someone is on the .5 or 1MB plan that when they get their bill and there is a data overage for that customer they should call and talk to data billing about it.

I rarely get spam on my BlackBerry.

Gmail has good filters, as does yahoo.

I also don't give out my direct BlackBerry email address, nor do I use it anywhere! I usually only email myself with that address.

On my nextel that was my fault
For useing my bb address and
Yahoo has a perfect record this
Far as spam goes but I do get spamed on yahoo messanger once
In a while so go set up e mail filters they do work
