I am currently a Rogers customer in Toronto, Ontario.
I have a Motorola V635i which I am *really* unhappy with due to reliability issues and an old Palm Pilot IIIxe PDA.
I would like a new device that combines a phone, PDA (for syncing with Outlook), infrequent E-mails and hopefully GPS although not essential.
Here is my wishlist.

I am not concerned about the fashion aspect.
Phone sound quality is a major concern. I need to be able to hear my clients clearly and I do not want them to think that I sound 'tinny' or in a box when I talk to them.
Syncing with Outlook is very important. I need E-mail addresses, full street address, etc in addition to names and phone numbers.
Clarity of images is also very important. I wear glasses and need clear images and text. Also the ability to read in dim light as well as outdoors in bright sunlight.
E-mails: infrequent but necessary.
GPS: would be nice. Hopfully built in but willing to purchase add-on.
Reliability: very important in terms of dropped calls and do not want to be sending the device back for repairs.
One of my other major concerns is that most (if not all) stores only have dummy units.
I would like to be able to see the device functioning in the store before purchase if at all possible.
