I'm planning to get an Android phone, or a Blackberry.. Doesn't really matter in this question, but I'm curious as to how I would pay the bills? My current phone company is Rogers. Do I need to open up a bank account (and pay with a debit card)? Will the bills be mailed to me, and could I bring the bill into the store where I bought the phone and pay for it there? If I buy a BB without a data plan, would they charge me for texting? And how much? How do people's phones work without a data plan? I sound really clueless but I would appreciate it if all these questions were answered
