I am currently trying to get out of my contract without paying any early cancellation fees, I asked them to produce a copy of my contract but they said that it was not possible for them to do this. I have heard that if this happens, they can only hold onto me for one year of my contract. Anybody have any experience with this? Any advice? Should I call them on it?
