Hi, I signed a 3 year contract with rogers in may of 2009, and at the time I understood that I was eligible for an upgrade in 12 months. I read that they changed the contract recently saying that it is now 24 months. Am I still eligible for an upgrade? I signed the contract around the fact I can buy a new phone for a cheaper price in 12 months, not 24 months so how can they change that?
