Rogers Box restarts part-way through purchased movie?

I have a Rogers Cable box and whenever we watch a movie through Movies On Demand, it always resets itself exactly halfway through any movie. Since it takes 15 minutes for it to start back up (and then we have to fast-forward to the part we were at, which takes another 5 minutes,) it's really irritating. Any suggestions as to what's wrong or what to do? We've tried unplugging it and replugging it in, which didn't help. Is this a common problem with a solution? Thanks for any replies!
