Rogers bandwidth, is it really a maximum charge of $25?

Umm, pretty self explanatory. I'm like, way pass $25 on my bandwidth charge. I've been wondering, is it really maximum charge of $25? Can anyone confirm this for me please?! They say it's a $50 maximum charge on the FAQ, and I've seen people's bills with much more than just ...$25.

Can someone please confirm for me ASAP!
