So, i topped up my PayAsYouGo phone with $100. i received 2 simultaneous text messages from rogers saying, quote:
"Congrats. You have earned a Back2U Reward. Rewards expire after being applied to your account. Go to rogers.com/back2u for applicable expiry dates and details."
My balance didn't go up after receiving these messages, and when i go to the URL in the text message, it wants me to top up online in order to receive rewards. There is no option to redeem existing Back2U rewards. So if i earned these rewards, how do i redeem them?
