Rogers activation problem? I got a new blackberry-?

did anyone just buy/activate a new phone with rogers today or yesterday and have problems?

apparently their system isn't working right which makes activations take a while? I've had this phone for 24hrs now, and still can't do anything other than make/receive calls. No texting/social networking even though my plan has them. I got the blackberry bold-

let me know if anyone has the same problem!
