Rogers $100 Cell Phone Plan?

My friend told me there is a plan with Rogers for your cell phone that you buy a $100 card and it lasts you a year. I want to get this, but I want the 'Samsung Corby Pro', but the full price is kind of too expensive. Is there any way to get this plan with a discount of the phone I want? I know you can get the 'Samsung Corby Plus' with that plan, but my friend has that phone and she said it isn't the best and I prefer the pro. So here are some of my questions about this plan:
-Can I use the Corby Pro with this 'plan'?
-Can I get a discount on the Corby Pro with this 'plan'?
-Can I get unlimited texting for this plan- and how much?
