Rocket Fuel In Our Water?

I live in Indiana and I was watching the news and heard that there is rocket fuel in our drinking water and the EPA is not doing anything about it.
Not only is it here but it is also in 18 other states.
Some of those include: California, Texas, and Arizona.

So is there anyway I can contact the EPA and let them know about this? Or would I just be wasting my time?

And can I just boil the water to get rid of the chemical?
 
You could build your own rocket and go to the moon.

Really now, you can go to your local health dept and get a water sample kits. Follow the directions on the lable for taking a sample and have them test it. Then you will know if your rocket will fly.
