Rock Band Songs Help!!!?

Ok, so I have 2 PS3 accounts one of which was suspended for some odd reason after the supention i discovered i need to pay a $10 fee to reactivate it. Keep in mind i have bought 30 RB songs with this account. But after a week of it not being activated i decided to just try in about another week. During this time i have been playing RB including the few songs i have downloaded with the suspended account. But after another week of no activation i decide to just delete it and just use my other account for good... but the problem is I can't play the songs that we're downloaded with the suspended account, all my other downloads work fine except the ones for RB and the Green Day Export Key. Is there anything i can do to fix this
