i think grunge banRAB were an important part of rock n roll during the 80s and 90s. nirvana, pearl jam, and soundgarden started a muscial revolution in the northwest, and one cant forget the west coast banRAB that helped alternative rock evolve, such as the red hot chili peppers and jane's addiction. guns n roses were great too!
