RoboCop vs Terminator Movie

I hear alot of talk about the RoboCop movies might be re made which i dont see the point in as there classics anyway , well the first 2 are.

Who would rather they made a RoboCop vs Terminator movie?

Do you think Arnold Schwarzenegger and Peter Weller would do the roles if they did?

How much would you like to see a RoboCop vs Terminator movie?

Id love to see the movie and with the right Director they could make it a fantastic movie. :D :cool:
 
I really like both characters but putting the 2 together is like chalk & cheese they don't go. I'd like to see another Robocop movie but more like the original the 3rd film was too childish and rubbish.
 
I really think though a robocop vs Terminator movie could work, wow it would be a action packed movie, it could work though just like Alien vs Predator did and Freddy vs Jason :D
 
You might think that, but a number of years ago there was a Comic Robocop V Terminator mini-series and at the time I remember it working very well.

Don't know how it would stand up to a reading now, but the premise certainly can be made to work.

There was a game quite a few years ago but it was pretty poor.
The timelines don't make sense surely? If nuclear war happens around now-ish how can Robocop be 'born'? I assume the comics had an answer for this.
AVP was possible because Fox owned both franchises which isn't the case here so I can't see this ever happening even though I think it's a dumb idea in the first place!
 
if they made robocop vs terminator everyone knows terminator would win. i do love both but terminator has been made to distory things. poor old robocop all he dose its aresst everyone.
 
The comic explained the time line okay, was quite good...written by Frank Miller I think who did Robocop 2?, anyway if I can remember rightly (I'd have to root through my geeky comic collection :D ) Robocops conscience survived and lay dormant amongst the machines/skynet and was awoken by something or other, and then he constructed himself a body from a terminator making factory, and sent himself back in time to stop it all, basic synopsis not much spoilers!
Was a good read, would make a good film...but I don't think it should be made, because if Aliens vs Predator is anything to go by (Another good *ahem* graphic novel) it'd get totally ruined altered and turned into a buncha poop...Didn't like the movie version at all! :D​
 
Yeah i remember the robocop vs Terminator game on the sega , i thought it was pretty cool and that womans voice on the tune in the game that kept saying terminator lol. :D

A movie of this is a great idea :D ;)
 
Please Hollywood, save me the cheesy pain of a Robocop vs. Terminator movie. Alien vs. Predator and Freddy vs. Jason were bad enough. I hate these kind of retarded movie cross-overs.

Robocop was alright, the sequels were rubbish. Terminator was excellent, and it's sequel was awesome.
