Robin Hood? arrow scene

Hi,
I'm trying to remember what movie or TV show a scene appeared in.

I think it may be a Robin Hood movie. It's where he's at the Archery contest and is in disguise (cloak).

The Sheriff or Royalty is watching on with his bride to be.

When Robin goes to shoot he is distracted and the arrow shoots off into the air and then he shoots another arrow, hits the one already in flight and it hits the bullseye.


Again, i'm not sure if it was a movie or TV show or even if it was Robin Hood or some other medieval adventure.

Isn't it the Disney version of Robin Hood?

Robin (the fox) is disguised as a bird with a fake beak if I remember correctly?

I'm sure it's that one.

Yeah, I think its the Disney Robin hood too. Robin is disguised as a Stalk(sp?).

Cartoon version... hmmm... that's threw me. Never even considered it could be that.

It does sound like Robin Hood.I wonder if the scene that you are talking about was from the 1st series of the recent BBC Tv series "Robin Hood"?.

The main thing I remember was the double arrow shot, not sure if that was in the TV series.

It was definitely the Disney version. Checked the gfs DVD on the weekend.

No worries mate.

To be fair there have been SO many different Robin HooRAB it could have been any of them and it's easy to get confused.

I only remembered cos I got the DVD for the g/fs birthday a couple of years back and then had to watch it with her...
