Robert Rodriguez to remake Bakshi's fire and ice?

I got a message from a friend of mine who send me a surprising article, even though I'm a bakshi fan I cant say if this is good or not because I havent seen fire and ice.

A Fire and Ice remake? Checks article, Live Action?! Eh, I'll wait and see.

I've seen Fire and Ice back in the '90's and while I won't say it's the greatest film but at least it was entertaining in a Beastmaster way. I do have issues with live action, I'm kind of interested in how they depict Darkwolf.
