I have a really sweet rotisserie that I've used for whole chickens, and I'd like to try a roast beef. You know the kind I like, rare all the way through (but not dark purple gelatinous RAW). How long am I looking at as far as cooking time? My whole chickens took only about 2 hours for 1. This roast is 3.3 lbs. Thank you!
