Roaming srewewd up

Has any one else delt with this? I have the $60 plan with the 300 roaming minutes the first plan. Every month it resets itself to 300 minutes, except this month. I tryed to make a roaming call and it would not go through. I thencalled *729 and it said i had 0 roaming minutes. So i called 611 to talk to some one, and what do you know spoke very little english. He said because they dont offer the 300 minutes plan anymore i have to call every month and have my minutes recharged. I told him it never happened before and once more he said that plan is not offered. So why didnt it happened before this month. Happened to my wife to. Then he tryed to get me to change to the 200 minutes, i dont think so. 300 for &60 versus 200 for $60, its 300 for me.
 
By the way when he recharged our minutes they were messed up. 333 for me and my wife only got 294. This plan has not ben offered for along time and this never happened before this month.
 
um you should be grandfathered in. i've never heard of them forcing someone to change plans or remove a feature. I would go to a corporate store or competant dealer and ask them to have the old plan restored.
(well actually on plans that required ABP, if you remove ABP you will be migrated to the closest plan)
