I'm 6'3" and my inseam is about 33"...i looked up the sizing and i should be riding a 62cm bike but found a good deal on a 60cm...would I be able to raise the seat on this smaller bike frame and fit?
Go to a bike shop to get fitted. You have very short legs for someone 6' 3", if that is your true inseam you want a 55 cm frame. A 60 or 62 cm frame will be too large.
