ringtones for 3595

i have rogers wireless pay as you go:confused2 , and the pay as you go thing doesnt allow me to use the WAP and it says that the GPRS connection is not availabele, is there ANY way to get ringtones onto my phone??? HELP PLZZZZZ thank you!!!
 
you need to get a f-bus data cable and download ringtones to your pc and then from that to your phone
