Ringtone uploading help needed

I have found some wav. files that are supposedly able to be loaded to a cell phone. Thhis is for a friend of mine who has Nextel i710. He's been looking for a certain song for ages and the only place I found it free was where I had to download it to my computer - so now how do I send it to his phone so that it works???

if u found the wav's u can probably also find, iden webjal which is used for uploading ringtones,wallpaper and java apps to iden phones!
