Ringtone program for N73

I know that the phone has a software to cut your own MP3 ringtones but my MP3's are not in 128 format.

does anyone know a program to convert the format? or even a program to cut your own MP3's into ringstones?

I use mp3 cutter. shareware version allows you to cut 30 secs... plenty for a ringtone.
