i bought some rims, the extend past my front fenders by about an inch. what kind of shops cut rims so they are shorter? i went to a shop to extend/stretch my fenders and they wanted 750. i was seeing if this way was cheaper. but i dont even know what kind of shops to call. im located in minnesota.
