I got my rim pierced about 2 weeks ago and there is like a lump at the back still which goes up and down every few days but recently it's also started to sting when i clean it. I clean it twice a day with the saline solution. Wondering if it should be stinging, like it's part of the healing process and what else i can do to help it???
