i'm just about to move into a new flat, it is a warner flat so there is downstairs property, the garden is in a right state, its never been used by the looks of things, if i was to spend tme and money on putting the garden right have i got any right to tell him below he can't use the garden, i don't think its fair that he hs not used it and then i put it right and he starts using it
i no my landlord, it is a shared garden, we both have rights to use it but he does not,
my landlord is not the landlord of the downsatirs property too so i can't ask his permission
