right sided weakness

I have been experiencing a strange sensation on my right side radiating from my shoulder to my leg mainly in the calf, two fingers are mainly affected with the weakness being my ring finger and little finger. I was on the contraceptive pill and have since stopped taking it, I am having a cold and the present moment and am also experiencing a right sided tenderness in the face from my eye and even feel it in the teeth I am congested but otherwise fit and well, normal BP, normal Fbc, U&Es, WBC, clear CXR, normal ECG...what could it be
