Right side under my rib..

Hi, My name is martin, im new to the forum..

This pain i experience only happens when i apply pressure under the right side of my rib and i feel like something is swollen. But when i apply pressure on the left side under my rib i dont feel any dull pain and i dont feel anything swollen. Could it be my liver that is type swollen? i moderately drink alcohol but only on weekends and im only 20. Would u say it has something to do with the liver or the lung itself? Cuz im aware that the lung is inside the rib cage so in my opinion i feel it might not be my right lung. Can somebody please help me with this its been going on for like 4 weeks. Thanks
 
Not really.. its a dull pain i experience and sometimes i feel the dull pain come and go.. but most definitely when i press on it i feel minor pain when putting pressure on it. Thing is, i dont have health insurance at the moment so im waiting until i turn 21 to get health insurance which is in the summer. Is it a big concern if its the gallbladder?
