Right side turn signals won't blink on '95 Buick Century?

The right side turn signals won't blink on my '95 Buick Century. When signaling for a right turn the bulbs stay lit. All bulbs work, and the left side blinks correctly. Any ideas? Thanks, Rich
 
From my experience, it is usually one of the bulb is busted. Since you said all the bulbs are okay. I suggest you check all the bulbs if their wattage are the require watts, for if it is lower, the blinker will not blink.
